She Sold Her Motorcycle for Surgery โ€” Then Went Bigger

Tanya Tate sold her Suzuki motorcycle to fund her first breast augmentation. On the MAXXED podcast, she opens up about surgery, aging, and self-love.

What would you give up to feel at home in your own body? For Tanya Tate, the answer came with handlebars and a full tank of gas. The British adult star recently sat down on the MAXXED podcast with host Karina Thompson for a conversation that went way deeper than surgery. They talked body confidence, aging, motherhood, and what it really takes to love yourself when the internet has opinions. ### The Motorcycle That Paid for Her First Surgery In her late 20s, back in England, Tanya Tate wanted her first breast augmentation. She wasn't sitting around waiting for a windfall. She sold her fully paid-off turquoise Suzuki SV 650S motorcycle and put the money toward the procedure. "I sold my Suzuki SV 650S and used the money to get a pair of boobs," she said on the podcast. "Best move I ever made." That first surgery took her from roughly a 34C to a 34DD with 440cc implants. Not long after, complications led to another procedure, and she eventually landed on 500cc implants that stayed with her for years. ### Pregnancy Changed Everything Then came pregnancy and breastfeeding, which reshaped her body in ways she hadn't planned for. After nursing for about a year, she says her breasts had stretched and shifted, leaving her uncomfortable for a long stretch of time. Once she got her health back on track, she started researching surgeons in Los Angeles. What followed was a full revision: removing the old implants, a breast lift, and new implants. The first round of 485cc implants looked better, but she realized she wanted more. She moved to 650cc, then finally settled on 800cc โ€” the size that, in her words, finally feels right. ### Handling the Hate Without Losing Yourself Not everyone has been kind. Tanya has dealt with nasty comments about her scars and her changing appearance. Her response? Simple and firm. "I love the love and I just block the hate," she said. That mindset is the real takeaway. Her message isn't about a specific cup size or a specific surgery. It's about doing what you want with your own body and not apologizing for it. "We do the things for us as people, what we want," she added. ### What Two Decades in the Industry Taught Her After nearly 20 years in adult entertainment, Tanya Tate has learned that confidence isn't about hitting someone else's target. It's about accepting yourself at every stage โ€” the awkward ones, the painful ones, and the ones where you finally feel like you. "You have to love yourself. You have to love your body," she shared. "The highest vibration is always love." You can catch her full MAXXED podcast episode, "I Sold My Motorbike For Breast Implants," on YouTube. She's also active across her social channels and fan platforms, where she keeps building the career and the life she chose for herself. At the end of the day, the motorcycle is gone. But Tanya Tate sounds like someone who'd make that trade all over again.
