### The Black Cat Carnival: A Night of Solidarity and Spectacle Las Vegas knows how to throw a party, but this Friday, October 16th, 2026, the Arts District's Swan Dive will host one with a purpose. The Black Cat Carnival is a fundraiser for United Brothel Workers (UBW), and it's shaping up to be the event of the year. Adult film star and labor activist Jupiter Jetson will host, bringing her trademark energy to a cause that's close to her heart. ### Why This Fundraiser Matters The money raised will go directly to supporting the fired union workers at Sheri's Ranch, a legal brothel in Nevada. These workers were let go after forming a union, and UBW has stepped in to help them get back on their feet. "The support from local businesses in the community has been amazing," says Molly Wylder, interim treasurer of UBW. It's a reminder that when workers stand together, good things happen. ### A Lineup That Packs a Punch The entertainment lineup is stacked with local favorites: Lies for Attention, Voxxx, The Businessmen, Spinnin Shae, Daisy Ducati, and Saint Anique. Expect a mix of music, comedy, and maybe a surprise or two. And it wouldn't be a carnival without games and a costume contest—so come dressed to impress (or at least to have fun). ### Raffle Prizes You'll Actually Want Forget the usual gift cards. The raffle prizes here are next-level: - A photo shoot with Dean Capture, a renowned photographer. - A private deep space tour in Death Valley with Stardust Astrotours. (Yes, you read that right—stargazing like you've never experienced.) - Personal training sessions with LexFit to get you in shape. - A private makeup lesson and session with Francesca Lombardo Artistry. Tickets are $20 at the door, or $10 for industry guests, and each ticket includes one free raffle entry. Doors open at 8pm. You can find more info at swandivelasvegas.com. ### The Bigger Picture This isn't just a party—it's a statement. Sex workers' rights are labor rights, and UBW is on the front lines. By showing up, you're not only having a great time but also standing with workers who dared to organize. As Jupiter Jetson puts it, "We're here to support each other, no matter what." ### How to Join Swan Dive is located at 1412 S. Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89102.
