Emma Rose Returns: Inside TransSensual's Boldest Release Yet

William Miller · 2026-09-29

Trans superstar Emma Rose is back, and she's headlining one of the most anticipated releases of the year. "TS Girls Do It Best 4," from TransSensual, Mile High Media's trans erotica studio, is available now in all formats. If you've been following the series, you already know what that means: top-tier production, A-list talent, and scenes that actually deliver. ### A Cast That Brings Serious Heat Rose, an award-winning performer and cover model, teams up with veteran director Ricky Greenwood for this installment. She's joined by fellow trans starlets Amanda Riley, Avery Lust, and Chanel Chance, along with Derek Kage, Baxxx, and cis star Sophia Locke. That's a lineup that covers a lot of ground, and according to the studio, it works. "Emma is in top form with her inimitable talents and charm as she is paired with industry veteran Derek Kage," said Mile High Media Vice President Jon Blitt. "It's pure fire as their energy is echoed by the lovely trio of Amanda, Avery, and Chanel in their captivating scenes as captured in cinematic style by Ricky Greenwood." ### What to Expect from the Scenes The movie opens with Rose and Kage connecting from the very start. Their chemistry is immediate, and it sets the tone for what's to come. Next, Lust and Chance play schoolgirls who seduce their sexy teacher, played by Locke. It's a classic setup, but with Greenwood behind the camera, it's anything but predictable. Finally, Riley and Baxxx discover a mutual attraction they can't resist. Each scene builds on the last, creating a narrative arc that feels intentional rather than just thrown together. ### Why This Series Keeps Delivering TransSensual has built a reputation for casting performers who can actually act, not just look good on camera. "TS Girls Do It Best" has become a flagship series for that reason. It's not just about the scenes; it's about the energy, the chemistry, and the production value. Greenwood's cinematic style adds a layer of polish that elevates the entire project. If you're looking for a trailer or the full cast list, you can find those on the studio's official product page. But honestly, if you're already a fan of the series, you probably don't need convincing. The fourth installment is here, and it's bringing exactly what you'd expect: star power, heat, and a director who knows how to capture it all. ### The Bottom Line "TS Girls Do It Best 4" is available now. Whether you're a longtime follower of TransSensual or just dipping your toes into their catalog, this one's worth a look. With Emma Rose leading the charge and a supporting cast that's clearly bringing their A-game, it's a release that lives up to the hype. Check it out wherever you get your adult content.
