### A Dreamy Afternoon in Downtown LA
Sunshine, skyline views, and a sprinkle of magic. That's what you can expect at the Dangerous Angels Day Party on April 19, 2026. Hosted by award-winning director and performer Siouxsie Q, this event is a collaboration with legendary author Francesca Lia Block and Somewhere Special, a new historic rooftop venue in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. It's free with RSVP, so you can step into a world of fantasy without spending a dime.
The party runs from 1 PM to 7 PM at the rooftop bar atop the STILE Hotel, located at 929 S Broadway. Think checkerboard dance floors, tropical plants, and panoramic views of the city. It's an immersive daytime gathering that draws inspiration from Block's beloved Dangerous Angels series, blending nostalgic beats with dreamy performances.
### What to Expect: Music, Performances, and More
You'll hear throwback sets from DJs Ethicaldrvgs and Modestpup, spinning 80s, 90s, new wave, disco, and punk-flavored favorites. The lineup also includes a live performance from rising starlet Vivi S. Fierce, plus enchanted feats from Michael Vegas and Siouxsie Q herself. A real angel encounter kicks things off at 1:11 PM, followed by go-go angel boy August Rain welcoming guests to the dance floor.
